Color is a major player in the world of design and just so due to the effects that the room the whole project and decorated. However, deciding the right color scheme is sometimes When most people get stuck.
Selecting a color scheme can be a true challenge to design professionals. That means the total of initial frustration most of us. But wait, do not fret just yet ... you are ready to learn more about color schemes that will help to think like pro's.

I take it a step further with the purchase of my top three paint colors in pint size (not gallon size) box, and each color in a painting poster board. (Potatoes paint chips are not only big enough for me.) I then tape the poster boards on my wall room to paint. I live with these three colors for a few days ... experienced the late night and light.
You see the lighting has a major impact in color. Both the day and light night will change the look of your color, guaranteed. So live with your color choices in these poster boards for several days and then you will know for sure that your color is the best color scheme.
Some people ask me if it's OK to paint accent walls, or have one or two colors in the same room. I say absolutely. Color scheming is not only to select the color you like, but choosing pleasurable, livable colors that produce dramatic effects.
This is what accent walls do. Choose a color that pops, add excitement and works well with other colors in the room. You can also switch accent colors from room to room.
There's really no set rule, but you do not have to choose colors that livable associated with the color schemes already around you. Some colors just do not work together, and this is what you want which to avoid.
