eyeshadow primer suggestions?
I use photofinish as a foundation primer. any suggestions for what product to use as an eyeshadow primer so my eyeshadow stays on all day? my primary eyeshadow mineral powder is easy if helps. id prefer a good product with high quality that I can purchse in somewhere like Sephora, thanks!
Absolute good eyeshadow primer is urban decay, and you can buy it at Sephora. If you are talking primer mascara, Lancome is # 1.
